Lochcarron is a small village in the Western Highlands of Scotland and the site where tartan weaving originated. Lochcharron Knitwear, known for weaving the world's largest range of Pure New Wool Tartans, is a family-owned company that continues to manufacture their knitwear in small quantities using several traditional weaving methods. Eddie Jacobs LTD is proud to offer its customers Lochcharron Knitwear sweaters. These pieces are manufactured in Scotland of 2-ply lambs wool. Double strands of wool give a more durable warmer, softer, and lighter feeling sweater, perfect for keeping warm on cold winter nights, yet light enough for layering over a shirt.
